Small Batch Spring Honey

Harvested on the windswept coastline of Cape Schanck, this honey is a true snapshot of early mid spring on the Mornington Peninsula. Our bees spend their days moving through coastal tea tree, wildflowers, and native scrub, bringing back nectar that’s full of brightness and character.

The result? A naturally golden honey with a gentle floral sweetness and a clean, aromatic finish, the kind of flavour you only get when bees forage in a place this untouched.

Because our honey is pure and never heated, it may crystallise over time. If (and honestly, when) that happens, just sit the jar in a bowl of hot water and it’ll soften back to liquid. Crystallisation is completely natural, it simply means the honey is full of real pollen, enzymes, and the good stuff that gets lost in heavily processed supermarket honey.
